Ding Yijie, an artist with disability, has always dreamt of being a professional violinist. She overcame obstacles and enjoyed each and every performance. In this violin recital, ‘All by Bach’, Ding Yijie will present two solo pieces written by Johann Sebastian Bach. The works are very particular about the rhythm, as well as the intertwining melodic lines. Yijie pays attention to the accuracy in the counterpoints, perfectly mastered Bach’s pieces and beautifully displayed the music, showcased her excellent musical talents.
